Easter Sale (“Offer”) Terms, Conditions and Exclusions (“Terms”)
1. The promoter of this Offer is Cochlear Limited (“Cochlear”).
2. The Offer is valid from 1 April 2026 12:00 AM AEDT/2:00 AM NZDT to 9 April 2026 8:59 PM AEST/10:59 PM NZST (“Offer Period”) for items ordered on the Cochlear™ Online Store, Australia and Cochlear™ Online Store, New Zealand (collectively, “Online Store”).
3. The Offer is available to individuals who are registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® and/or Cochlear Baha® and/or Cochlear Osia® implant system recipient, hold a myCochlear™ account and are residents of Australia or New Zealand (“Eligible Recipient”).
4. During the Offer Period, an Eligible Recipient will receive a 30% discount when they spend $100 AUD or NZD (as applicable) (GST inclusive) or more in a single transaction on Cochlear™ accessories or batteries (“Eligible Product(s)”) purchased from the Online Store (“Discount”).
5. For avoidance of doubt, a sound processor is not an Eligible Product.
6. During the Offer Period, the Discount will be automatically applied to Eligible Product(s) at the time of purchase on the Online Store.
7. Returns and exchanges are subject to the Cochlear™ Store Conditions of Sale and Cochlear’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, including Cochlear’s Return and Refund Policy. If you return or seek a refund on any Eligible Product(s) purchased using the Offer, the value of the Discount will not be refunded to you.
8. Delivery charges may apply to orders placed on the Online Store.
9. To the extent permitted by law, Cochlear (acting reasonably) reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, including the discontinuance of the Offer. Changes to these Terms will be available on the Online Store.
10. For recipients residing in Australia, these Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For recipients residing in New Zealand, these Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
