The October HEAR 2026 offer (“Offer”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”)

1. The promoter of this offer is Cochlear Limited (“Cochlear”)

2. The Offer is valid from 12:00 am AEST 16 September 2026 to 11:59 pm AEST 30 September 2026 (“Offer Period”) for items ordered on the Cochlear® Online Store, Australia only (“Online Store”). 

3. Subject to exclusions below, to receive a 20% discount on a product purchased from the Online Store during the Offer Period (“Discount”), you must be a registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® and/or Cochlear Baha® and/or Cochlear Osia® implant system recipient residing in Australia and you or your parent or guardian (as applicable) is registered as a myCochlear™ account holder. 

4. During the Offer Period, the Discount

• a. Will be applied to product(s) at the time of purchase on the Online Store, Australia when the discount code provided by Cochlear is entered and redeemed at checkout;
• b. Will not apply to the purchase of a sound processor.
• c. Will be limited to a maximum of 20 items (excluding batteries, where a maximum number of 100 batteries will receive the Discount). 

5. Returns and exchanges are subject to the Cochlear™ Store Conditions of Sale and Cochlear’s Terms and Conditions of Sale, including Cochlear’s Return and Refund Policy. If you return or seek a refund on any product purchased using the Offer, the value of the Discount will not be refunded to you. 

6. Delivery charges may apply to orders placed during the Offer Period. 

7. To the extent permitted by law, Cochlear (acting reasonably) reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, including the discontinuance of the Offer. Changes to these Terms will be available on the Online Store. 

8. These Terms are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
