The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Cochlear Limited will be held on Friday, 25 October 2024 at 10:00am (AEDT).
The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting, offering shareholders a choice to either attend in person at Cochlear Global Headquarters at Macquarie University or online.

Proxies will need to obtain login credentials from Computershare Investor Services on +61 3 9415 4024 to request a unique email invitation link prior to the meeting day.
How to Vote and ask Questions before the AGM:
If not attending in person or online, appoint a proxy or cast a vote by lodging a completed Proxy/Voting Form at www.investorvote.com.au by 10:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.
Submit written questions and comments by completing the Questions from Shareholders form and emailing the completed form to companysecretariat@cochlear.com by 5:00pm (AEDT) on Friday, 18 October 2024.
