What if I don't have a compatible smartphone?

If you don't have a compatible smartphone, you can stream phone calls, music and more to your Nucleus 7 Sound Processor by using the True Wireless™ Phone Clip. It attaches to your clothing without cords or strings.

Designed for the Nucleus 7 Sound Processor, the Nucleus Smart App allows you to adjust your sound processor settings from a compatible Apple or Android device.

Manage your hearing from the palm of your hand with the Nucleus Smart App, which allows you to:

  • Change between programs without carrying a separate remote control.
  • Adjust your sound processor volume and settings to focus on the sounds you want to hear.
  • Locate a missing processor with Find My Processor.
  • Check your sound processor status and battery life.
  • Get your hearing information.

Peace of mind with Find my Processor and Hearing Tracker

We all misplace things. With the Nucleus Smart App, you can find a lost Nucleus 7 Sound Processor using GPS technology. This tells you the last location the sound processor had contact with your compatible smartphone.

Another feature on the Nucleus Smart App is the Hearing Tracker, which shows you important information such as the time spent in a speaking environment and the number of times in a day the Nucleus 7 Sound Processor is disconnected from the cochlear implant.

Hearing Tracker information and the built-in data logging of the sound processor also helps your hearing health professional troubleshoot problems or make adjustments.
