b. To redeem promotional discounts, you must place your order from April 14, 2025, 9:00am MDT through June 27, 2025, at 11:59pm MDT.

c. Offer will only be valid on select items, and the discount will be reflected on the price shown. Discount will be deducted from any return to which it was applied.

• i. When combined, the self-pay and trade-in discounts reflect a 36% total discount off Cochlear’s self-pay price. Eligible when you choose to self-pay and trade-in one (1) of the following Nucleus® Sound Processors: Nucleus® 7, Nucleus® 6, Nucleus® 5, Nucleus® Freedom®. Excludes: Esprit™ 3G, Esprit™, Sprint™, Spectra, Mini Speech Processor and Wearable Speech Processor. Or, when you trade-in one (1) of the following Baha® Sound Processors: Baha 5, Baha 5 Power, Baha 4. Excludes: Baha 6 Max, Baha 5 Superpower, Baha 3, Baha 3 Power, Baha Classic, Baha Compact, Baha Cordelle II, Baha Divino and Baha Intenso.
• ii. This offer excludes upgrade orders placed through Cochlear Americas’ Reimbursement and Insurance Services. Limit 1 trade-in per upgraded device. 
• iii. Discount calculated for Baha 6 Max, Nucleus 8 and Kanso® 2 Sound Processors. 20% trade-in discount is applied after 20% off promotional savings. This offer excludes Baha 7.

d. To be eligible for the price as marked discount during the promotion period for purchase(s) on Cochlear Store, you must:

• i. Be a member of the Cochlear Family with a valid Cochlear Store account.
• ii. Be a registered Cochlear™ Nucleus® Sound Processor, Cochlear Baha® Sound Processor, Cochlear Osia® Sound Processor recipient, or their carer residing in the United States with a valid Cochlear Store account.
• iii. Complete purchase(s) of up to a maximum of 20 eligible items in the Cochlear Store during the promotion period.

e. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

f. Promotion has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. In addition, it is not transferable or assignable.

g. Cochlear Family members receive free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 USD after promotions and discounts are applied, where ground shipping is available and shipped to a single U.S. address.

h. This promotion does not guarantee availability of desired product. Promotion may only be used for qualifying products in stock at time of purchase and subject to Cochlear's discretion.

i. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to change these Terms, Conditions and Exclusions at any time, including the discontinuance of the offer. Changes will be available on the Cochlear Store.

j. This promotional offer is only available to customers who wish to pay out-of-pocket and not seek reimbursement from any third-party payer, such as Medicare, Tricare, or Kaiser nor use Cochlear's Reimbursement and Insurance Services.
