Access to the right hearing care at the right time is important. You may be performing well but would still like your clinician to monitor you and provide care when you need it. However, an in-clinic visit may not easily fit into your schedule and can come with added travel costs. That’s why Remote Care offers access to care when and where you need it, without a visit to the clinic. Using an app on your compatible smartphone*, you can conveniently access care from your clinician wherever you are.

Remote Care offers two ways to connect with your clinician when it’s convenient for you. You can use Remote Check to complete a hearing review through the Nucleus Smart App, or Remote Assist to have a video appointment with your clinician.
