Questions for adults to ask about hearing implants

  3. How will I know this solution will work for me?
  4. What will it sound like? What will music sound like?
  5. How will it look?
  6. How will this solution help with listening to music and videos, talking on the phone and interacting with others?
  7. How will this implant fit my lifestyle?
  8. What are the differences between behind-the-ear and off-the-ear solutions?
  9. Can I try it before I move forward with surgery?
  10. What effect will the implant have on my natural hearing?
  11. How long will my hearing implant last? How reliable is it?
  12. Can I speak to someone who has a hearing implant?
  13. What ongoing appointments and treatments will I need after getting my implant?
