Helping your patients feel unstoppable in every moment
The Osia System features two main components: The rechargeable Osia 3 Sound Processor and the OSI300 Implant, powered by our unique piezoelectric transducer. Together, they’re designed to deliver crisp, clear speech understanding, vibrant sound, and a seamless experience for patients’ everyday life.5,6
The Osia System is an active bone conduction system with an implant that sits fully under the skin. It is designed for patients with conductive hearing loss, mixed hearing loss or single-sided deafness.
Osia 3 Sound Processor
With the Osia 3 Sound Processor, your patients will get access to sound that’s crisp, vibrant, and true to life—with the latest advancement in piezo-powered hearing:
- First fully rechargeable active bone conduction sound processor – no more buying or handling small disposable batteries that lead to more waste.
- More high-frequency power & even better sound quality4,5– with access to a wide bandwidth and large dynamic range, helping them hear the variations of soft, loud and complex sounds across the frequency spectrum.10
- Broadest range of streaming options – helping them connect to life in more ways than ever, including streaming from many compatible smartphones and now Bluetooth LE Audio-enabled devices.
OSI300 Implant
With the OSI300 Implant, your patients will get access to all the benefits piezoelectric technology offers:
- Access to MRI scans at 1.5 T and 3.0 T with implant and coil magnet in place, with no performance degradation after scanning.§ 7,8
- A reliable implant with a 10-year warranty. Implant and sound processor reliability is published yearly on www.cochlear.com.
- Piezo Power technology, shown by accelerated device lifetime testing to provide powerful and consistent output performance.9
- Thinnest active bone conduction implant.4,12,14
