About Ronald
Ronald is a bilingual Recipient Solutions Manager. He has a niece with a cochlear implant and a wife who is an audiologist. Ronald has been around the world of cochlear implants even before joining Cochlear in 2020. He earned his Master’s degree in Communication Research at West Virginia University.
About Chet
Chet has been with Cochlear since 2021 in a variety of roles and has been and Upgrade Solutions Specialist since November 2023, providing personalized support for recipients throughout the entire upgrade process. He is a bimodal recipient wearing a Nucleus 8 Sound Processor on his right ear. In his spare time, Chet enjoys spending time with his dog, learning about technology and all things Denver sports related.
