Meet the team
Ronald is a Bilingual Recipient Solutions Manager. He has a niece with a cochlear implant and a wife who is an audiologist. Ronald has been around the world of cochlear implants even before joining Cochlear in 2020. He earned his Master’s degree in Communication Research at West Virginia University.
Kevin has been an Upgrade Solutions Specialist since 2022. He is available to support CI and Baha recipients throughout the upgrade process. Kevin grew up in Chicago, but currently lives in Denver. He is very outdoorsy and loves all things college football.
