About Jessica
Jessica is Recipient Solutions Manager. She received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Vanderbilt University, with a specialty in early identification and management of hearing loss. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Fontbonne University. Before joining Cochlear, she worked with children with hearing loss and their families at Central Institute for the Deaf (St. Louis) and Child's Voice (Chicago). She now lives in Denver, CO.
About Brandon
Brandon is an Upgrade Solutions Specialist who has been with Cochlear since 2018. He provides personalized support for upgrade recipients throughout the entire upgrade process. Brandon loves to read and write and also loves watching sports!
