Baha 7 Sound Processor
Powerfully Small.
Market research shows that bone conduction recipients prioritize both the ability to hear in noisy environments and a compact design.8 To address these needs and provide a powerful yet discreet device, we first introduced the Cochlear™ Baha® 6 Max Sound Processor.
The launch of the Cochlear Baha 7 Sound Processor continues this focus, offering a sound processor that delivers the same strong hearing performance you’ve come to expect from Cochlear – now with even more ways to stream than ever before.

Better Connected: Direct Streaming from Apple® and Android™, and through Bluetooth™ LE Audio.
Connect directly to what’s being broadcast at public venues such as airports, conference centers and theaters so you're less likely to miss out. And whether you’re listening to music, taking a phone call, or watching your favorite film, Bluetooth® LE Audio will deliver better sound quality than previous generation Bluetooth® Classic to help you get the best possible audio experience.9**
Bluetooth® LE Audio Accessories
Bluetooth LE Audio Accessories enable you to boost your patient's hearing in challenging environments while streaming via Bluetooth LE Audio. With a more modern, discreet design, your patients can take advantage of simple pairing in order to easily hear in more places than ever before.**
Longer battery life
The Baha 7 Sound Processor uses 312 disposable batteries with up to 136 hours battery life10‡
Ready for life’s adventures
The Baha 7 Sound Processor features dust and water protection, and has been independently validated by an accredited test laboratory to IP68.6-7† With this protection, children can enjoy life with hearing, even if it starts to rain.
Discreet, streamlined profile
The new LowPro™ snap coupling streamlines the device by 2mm5* to make the already small sound processor even more discreet.
Baha Fitting Software 7
With Baha Fitting Software 7 comes enhanced data logging to display how the patient has used the sound processor. This information can help you discover usage patterns which may assist you in patient counselling and help you make decisions on fitting adjustments. Data logging is divided into four tabs, Overview, Programs, Environments and Streaming. Get a quick overview of your patient’s average daily and total use time, program use, which environments they have been in, and which streaming accessories (including phone) the user has used.
Additionally, Baha Fitting Software 7 introduces the DSL-BCD prescription and the Technical Measurement workflow. The built-in VerifitLINK™ integration in BFS 7 offers the possibility to seamlessly verify the fitting of the Baha 7 Sound Processor and automatically adjust it to the target curve.
Finally, you continue to have access to Remote Assist in Baha Fitting Software 7, which allows you to engage with your patient remotely for the purpose of performing a remote fitting or adjustment of their sound processor(s). More specifically, Remote Assist allows you to 1) communicate with your patient via live audio, video, and chat, 2) remotely connect to your patients sound processor(s), and 3) perform both first fit and follow-up adjustments to your patients sound processor(s).#
