How Matthew changed from coping to thriving
Matthew was born with hearing loss in both ears. He tried hearing aids at a young age, but as his hearing continued to worsen, they no longer met his needs.
When he eventually lost all hearing in his left ear, Matthew struggled at work and slowly withdrew socializing. He decided to get a Cochlear™ Nucleus® Implant System.
Matthew's journey to better hearing continued. He began using the Mini Microphone, a Cochlear True Wireless™ accessory which helped him make the most of conversations in noisy environments at work.
Matthew is once again thriving at work and communicating with others.
