Cochlear™ Takes Silver Stevie Award in Partnership with TechSee

Lone Tree, Colo (May 13, 2024) -  Cochlear™ has been awarded a Silver Stevie® Award for Sales & Customer Service for Best use of Technology in Customer Service for Cochlear’s use of vision to support people with hearing loss in customer support calls in partnership with TechSee, a renowned leader in computer vision technology.

With support from TechSee’s innovative vision technology, Cochlear has elevated customer support for people with hearing loss with interactive live video support sessions to offer easy and accessible remote service. Customer service specialists can diagnose issues and provide on-screen Augmented Reality overlays, highlighting the necessary actions to resolve the problem effectively.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

This is the second customer service award Cochlear and TechSee have won in 2024 after being awarded a silver in the Best in Biz Awards for Most Innovative Product of the Year in January.
