Meet our Cochlear Recipient Solutions Managers
The Recipient Solutions Manager (RSM) Program provides a best in class virtual learning experience for hearing implant recipients looking to increase confidence with their new devices and to achieve their hearing goals. Recipients who attend these educational sessions, offered in English and Spanish, learn how to use and care for equipment, real world hearing therapy tips, pair accessories, use smart apps and utilize the many resources available at Cochlear.
