Meet the team
Laura earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Eastern Illinois University and her Master of Science in Speech and Hearing from Washington University-Central Institute for the Deaf in St. Louis, MO. Prior to her role at Cochlear as a Recipient Solutions Manager, her experience includes 21 years of teaching listening and spoken language skills to children with hearing loss in a variety of educational settings and in Illinois’ Early Intervention System. She resides in a Chicago suburb with her family.
Jessica is an Upgrade Solutions Specialist who has been with Cochlear since 2021. She provides personalized support for upgrade recipients throughout the entire upgrade process.
