Hearing Quiz
The following hearing loss check is based on the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery's revised five-minute hearing test*. It is a way to quickly assess potential hearing loss that may require an objective hearing test and a possible hearing solution.
With respect to your hearing, please think about experiences with each of the following WITHOUT the use of hearing aids or other devices designed to help you hear better. For each item, indicate the degree to which you agree or disagree (select one number for each item).
