Constitution and the Board
Cochlear is governed by a board of directors who, working with senior management, are responsible for overall business performance. Cochlear's Constitution defines the relationship between the Company, its shareholders, and the Board. The Board has adopted a charter to formalise and improve transparency regarding aspects of the functions and operations of the Board and its relationship with management.
