What should you do if you have an issue with your sound processor or accessories?
Depending on your sound processor model, the faulty sound processor can be exchanged for a loan device or dealt with through the standard exchange program.
Troubleshooting sound processor or accessories
Before contacting your local customer service representative, you must determine whether the problem comes from your sound processor or from a faulty accessory (e.g. antenna, magnet, cable, batteries).

Make sure you have a set of functional accessories (antenna, magnet, cable, batteries). You may need to contact your local Customer Service to order these accessories. Find the reference number to order all your accessories.
