Cochlear Family Program Terms


1. The Cochlear Family program (Program) is administered by your local Cochlear entity.

2. By joining the Program, you will become a Cochlear Family member.

3. Program membership entitles you to the following benefits, which may be updated from time to time:

  • Receiving tips and advice to help you get the most out of your hearing technology
  • Receiving marketing communications about Cochlear’s products and services
  • Connecting with other Cochlear Family members
  • Being invited to special events
  • Receiving exclusive member discounts and other offers
  • Access to participate in Cochlear’s online survey community
  • Other benefits offered in your country of residence

4. Cochlear uses your personal information (including health information) for the purposes of your Program membership and to tailor membership communications, including marketing communications, to your interests. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can opt-out of them at any time and this will not affect the remainder of your membership. Please refer to Cochlear’s Privacy Notice for more information about how Cochlear processes your information.

5. You may leave the Program at any time by contacting Cochlear Customer Service in your country, which will also have the effect of revoking your consent to us processing your health information for the purposes of the Program.

6. Cochlear reserves the right to change any aspect of the Program at any time. Any such changes will be updated in these terms.
