Reduce time spent “off air” with expedited service for your sound processor. Call the Cochlear customer service center if you are having issues with your equipment, and we will help you troubleshoot. If we determine your processor needs to be replaced, and it's still under warrenty, we will simply exchange it by sending a kit to you overnight your sound processor back to Cochlear, while at the same time sending a replacement sound processor out to you.
