Cochlear are continuously reviewing and testing new devices and operating systems as they become available. For the latest compatibility information please check the tables below.

It is anticipated that additional Android devices will be added shortly, subject to device manufacturers' update and release timings. The Nucleus 8 Sound Processor is not available in all countries. The Nucleus 7 S Sound Processor is not compatible with Apple products. |

Cochlear Remote Care compatibility
Cochlear Remote Care, including Remote Check and Remote Assist, offers new ways to access care when and where you need it, without a visit to the clinic.
Remote Check and Remote Assist are not available in all countries or clinics. The following tables list the sound processors, implants, operating systems and devices^ that are compatible with Cochlear Remote Care however device compatibility may vary by country.
