How to identify the model of your phone

1. Check your phone’s settings

Most phones will have the phone model in the Settings app. You can typically find it with these steps:

• Open Settings
• Tap About Phone or About Device
• Look for Model Name or Model Number, which indicates your phone model

2. Check the user manual

If you have the user manual that came with your phone, the model name and number may be indicated.

3. Check the phone’s packaging

If you have the original packaging or box the phone came in, the model name and number may be printed on it.
