Sound Processor and App Compatibility
Cochlear are continuously reviewing and testing new devices and operating systems as they become available. For the latest compatibility information please check the tables below.
Skip ahead to the Nucleus® 8 and Nucleus 7 sound processors, Kanso® 2 Sound Processor, Osia® 2 Sound Processor, Baha® 6 Sound Processor or Baha 5 sound processors, or the Smart bimodal streaming compatibility, Fitting software, Cochlear™ True Wireless™ devices, Nucleus Smart App, Osia Smart App, Baha Smart App, Baha 5 Smart App, CoPilot App, Remote Check, Remote Assist (Nucleus), Remote Assist (Baha).
Cochlear verifies compatibility with the specific smartphone models, devices, and operating systems listed below. While direct streaming or Cochlear apps could work on other devices if they meet certain minimum operating system and Bluetooth requirements and relevant functionality is enabled by the manufacturer and service carrier, Cochlear cannot guarantee that direct streaming or Cochlear apps will function as intended.

Cochlear Remote Care compatibility
Cochlear Remote Care, including Remote Check and Remote Assist, offers new ways to access care when and where you need it, without a visit to the clinic.
Remote Check and Remote Assist are not available in all countries or clinics. The following tables list the sound processors, implants, operating systems and devices^ that are compatible with Cochlear Remote Care however device compatibility may vary by country.
