Connect like never before
Cochlear's latest sound processors feature built-in technology that let you stream sound directly from a compatible Apple or Android™ device* – without the need for any attachments to the sound processor.
This means that you can stream your favourite movies, TV shows, music and more directly to your sound processor without sacrificing size, comfort or battery life.+

How Find My Processor and Hearing Tracker work
We all misplace things or forget where we put them. With the Nucleus Smart App, you can locate a lost sound processor using the GPS functionality that tells you the last location where the sound processor had contact with your compatible smartphone.
The Hearing Tracker may be used for information about when the coil is off and the time in speech.
An audiologist might be able to use Hearing Tracker information for troubleshooting or adjustments.
Quality care, from anywhere
It’s never been easier or more convenient for you to check your hearing health and update your sound processor from home rather than having to visit the clinic.
Remote Firmware Updates
Our latest Nucleus Sound Processors now enable the delivery of Remote Firmware Updates via the Nucleus Smart App. This can help keep your sound processor running smoothly and ensure it is compatible with the latest smartphones, as soon as the update becomes available.
Remote Check
Remote Check allows you to complete a hearing review at home using the Nucleus Smart App on your compatible smartphone* without having to travel to the clinic. Remote Check is not available in all countries and must be enabled by your clinician before you can access it in the app.
