Cochlear Volunteer Program image - Australia / New Zealand

Our Cochlear Volunteer Program is a team of volunteers made up of thousands of people around the world who hear with a Cochlear solution. Some are recipients, others are parents of recipients, and they all share one thing in common – a passion for helping others on their hearing journey.

Our Cochlear Volunteers share their stories, offer support and provide information to anyone considering or getting a Cochlear hearing solution, including their parents, family members or friends.

It is a confidential service that connects you with a knowledgeable volunteer who has a similar hearing loss experience. This program is available at any stage of your hearing journey - from the time of assessment, to implantation, all the way through to rehabilitation.
