Sound Processor and App Compatibility
Cochlear are continuously reviewing and testing new devices and operating systems as they become available. For the latest compatibility information please check the tables below.
Skip ahead to the Nucleus® 7 Sound Processor, Kanso® 2 Sound Processor, Osia® 2 Sound Processor, Baha® 6 Sound Processor or Baha 5 sound processors, or the Smart bimodal streaming compatibility, Cochlear™ True Wireless™ devices, Nucleus Smart App, Osia Smart App, Baha Smart App, Baha 5 Smart App, Bring Back the Beat™ App, Remote Check.
Connectivity issues with Samsung S9 devices affecting streaming have been identified and are currently being assessed. Once available Cochlear will provide further guidance.

Cochlear Remote Check compatibility
Remote Check allows recipients to complete a hearing review at home using their compatible Apple or Android device. Remote Check is not available in all countries or clinics. Before Remote Check can be used it must be enabled by a clinician.

^If your device is not on this list but uses Android 6.0 and Bluetooth® 4.0, the Nucleus Smart App may still work, but we are not able to offer the same level of support in troubleshooting scenarios.
