Our latest sound processors are designed to help you hear your best with more choices of wearing options, wireless connections and new features. Find out how upgrading to the newest sound processors can help you experience and enjoy life even more.

Not sure which device you have? There are a couple places to look to find your serial number. If you have a Nucleus device, it will be located on the inside of the curved piece that goes on your ear. Kanso Sound Processors have a serial number printed underneath the battery cover on the backside of the sound processor. If you have a Baha Sound Processor, look on the backside of the processor, below the snap coupling. On older devices, the serial number is typically found in the battery compartment. Once you have located your serial number, you will be able to follow the guide below to determine which device you have.

  • Serial numbers starting with [101] - Nucleus® and Kanso® Sound Processors
  • Serial numbers starting with [301] - Baha® Sound Processor portfolio
  • Serial numbers starting with the letter [O] - Divino® and Cordelle® Sound Processor portfolio.
