This course will provide theoretical and practical training on aural rehabilitation (using the Cochlear Adult Aural Rehabilitation resources and other materials for teenagers and adults including those with memory issues), psychosocial rehabilitation and music therapy. Approaches to individual and group therapy will be discussed in detail.
The programme will be a mixture of presentations, demonstrations and practical sessions.

Who should attend:
Professionals such as teachers of the deaf, speech and language therapists, hearing therapists, psychologists and habilitationists, who work with adult and/or child recipients in areas other than programming.
