Turning your sound processor on and off

Your hearing care professional has programmed your sound processor to be used specifically on the right or left side of your head (images show sound processor on right side). When the sound processor is attached, the front button is power on and the rear button is power off.

Turn your sound processor on by pressing and releasing the Power on button (4 if worn on right side, 7 if worn on left side). To turn your sound processor off, press and hold the Power off button (7 if worn on right side, 4 if worn on left side) down for 2 seconds. When your sound processor is turned back on, it will return to the default setting (program one).

Cleaning the sound processor

Brush the snap coupling clean using the soft sound processor cleaning brush. Avoid using excessive force on the snap coupling as this could damage the processor.
