  • What is the Aqua+ for Kanso?

The Cochlear™ Aqua+ for Kanso® is a re-usable, sealable cover that keeps your Kanso® safe and dry when swimming, showering or playing water sports. By itself, Kanso is splash- and dust-proof, but with the Aqua+ sleeve you can dive right in to the joy of water.

  • How waterproof is Aqua+ for Kanso?

Aqua+ can be used at depths of up to three metres for up to two hours. Also the silicone sleeve can be re-used up to 50 times, although that may vary depending on how you use it.

  • I already have an Aqua+ sleeve for my Nucleus® 6/Nucleus® 5 Sound Processor. Can I use it for Kanso?

    1. No, they have very different designs. Aqua+ for Kanso is designed for an off-the-ear sound processor.

You can order these from your local Cochlear office.
