Cochlear Volunteer Program image - Australia / New Zealand

Our Cochlear Volunteer Program is a team of volunteers made up of over a thousand people around the world who hear with a Cochlear solution. Some are recipients, others are parents of recipients, and they all share one thing in common – a passion for helping others on their hearing journey.

Our Cochlear Volunteers share their stories, offer support and provide information to anyone considering or getting a Cochlear hearing solution, including their parents, family members or friends.

It is a confidential service that connects you with a knowledgeable volunteer who has a similar hearing loss experience. This program is available at any stage of your hearing journey - from the time of assessment, to implantation, all the way through to rehabilitation.

For any enquiries, please email us at volunteers_ausnz@cochlear.com.

Please seek advice from your medical practitioner or health professional about treatments for hearing loss. They will be able to advise on a suitable solution for the hearing loss condition. All products should be used only as directed by your medical practitioner or health professional.

Not all products are available in all countries. Please contact your local Cochlear representative.
