Troubleshooting and help for your Baha®
Occasionally you may have a problem with your Baha® Sound Processor. If you have a problem just click on your processor above and follow the simple steps. If the troubleshooting wizard does not help, you should contact your health care professional for additional assistance.
To replace the battery, follow the steps below
1. Gently slide the battery door downwards until you feel a “click”. You can now remove the door.
2. With a fingernail, gently lift the battery hatch open to expose the battery.
3. Remove the old battery. Use the included magnetic removal tool if needed. Dispose of the battery according to local regulations.
4. Remove the sticker on the ‘+’ side of the new battery.
Insert the new battery with the ‘+’ side facing the ‘+’ marked on the processor’s battery compartment.
5. Gently press the battery hatch closed.
6. Attach the battery door and slide it gently back to its locked position.
