Attending and understanding this online session assumes previous knowledge of Baha, Baha fitting software and BP100.

There are 3 parts

1. Tips for getting started when programming a BP100.

2. How to set up a processor to avoid common issues.

3. Identifying issues & troubleshooting, plus some case studies.

The entire session takes about 30 minutes.
