The newly implanted school age child
Children who are implanted between five and 12 years of age need habilitation that takes into account their auditory and language experiences prior to implantation. This article looks at the need to design individual intervention for these newly implanted, school-age children.
HOPE Seminar Series
HOPE seminars are online seminars designed for educational professionals, therapists and clinicians who work with babies, children, teens and adults with hearing loss. Some are also appropriate for parents and recipients.
