Optimised instruments to ensure the best outcomes
Improvements made to the Baha 3 (BI300) widening drill and other Baha instruments can assist in achieving higher predictability in outcomes and creating a more streamlined surgical procedure.
- The widening drill is designed with a hard stop that signals when countersinking is complete
- The cutting flutes on the widening drill have been redesigned to reduce bone heating and facilitate the removal of bone chips
- During Baha two-stage surgeries, an implant inserter lets you apply the implant without a fixture mount

Baha instrument organiser
A well-planned new instrument organiser makes preparing for Baha surgery easier than ever. Each instrument in the Baha 3 (BI300) Implant system has a dedicated place, clearly separating instruments needed for FAST and two-stage surgery.

Osscora surgical set
For the ultimate ease of use, the Osscora surgical set has been developed specifically for Baha surgery with a program dedicated to each step of the surgical process.

Single use kit
The single use kits include the sterile products needed for a 4 mm FAST surgery (the implant is not included). This minimises the time required for opening and preparations and simplifies the logistics and ordering process.
The kit shown on top is used for the Dermatome Technique (with a Baha blade) and the kit shown below is used for the Linear Incision Technique.

Baha Dermatome
The Dermatome is used for creating a thin hair-free skin flap (0.6 mm thick and approximately 24 mm wide). Beneath the skin flap all soft tissue is then removed to reduce the skin mobility around the abutment.

Abutment inserter
The abutment inserter is used to pick up and insert the pre-mounted implant with abutment during FAST surgery.

Implant inserter
During two-stage surgery, the implant inserter lets you pick up and insert the implant without a fixture mount.

Multi wrench
This multipurpose wrench can be used both as a torque wrench for tightening the abutment to 25 Ncm and as a surgical wrench for manual insertion/tightening of the implant during surgery.
Minimal moving parts make this wrench easy to clean and sterilise.

Abutment instrument set
The abutment instrument set is intended for medical specialists in clinics for tightening or changing abutments. The set includes all the three instruments that are needed for adjusting abutments.
